Our Story
Steak Your Claim was initially launched as a food cart by Matt Schiffman in Portland, Oregon, where it thrived for five years. In 2022, Matt teamed up with his longtime friend Ken Spost, a seasoned restaurant veteran from New York.
Our Ingredients
We pride ourselves on using ingredients we would eat, we get our rolls from Amoroso bakery in Philly. For our cheesesteaks we only use choice ribeye. Our pastrami is made in house with a lot of love and has always been a favorite. meats and cheeses. We even offer vegetarian and gluten-free options to cater to all dietary needs.
